    "content": "The problems that our youth are facing need to be confronted. One of the things the Mover is suggesting is meant to remove all the impediments that confront our youth when they try to advance their career or interest in business. You are aware that one of the requirements in this country is to ensure that 30 per cent of our procurement goes to the youth. Because the youth face all these problems and they are required to have all these statutory requirements, they end up approaching the rich people who are able to buy the tenders for them. They are paid small amounts as the big fish continue to do business. So, the able people assist the youth to register companies so that they can use them to do business in the category of youth.
