    "content": "I am also of the opinion that even as we give these big jobs to these companies, one of the checklist should be on the area of mentoring our youth who have small companies. We want to see big companies mentoring our young men in the big building industry so that tomorrow they will tender for themselves, pick up jobs and earn a living from the construction industry."
