    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to second this Motion and urge our colleagues to bring amendments that can strengthen it. We need to talk more about components like mentorship, which I have just talked about. Big companies should mentor our youth who have small companies so that they can pick up jobs in the market. They can be mentored to tender and get jobs."
