Members for introducing it because unemployment is a big problem in Kenya. The youth looking for jobs have a problem getting them because they do not have the required certificates. Before I continue, I would like to thank the people of Elgeyo Marakwet for electing me as their woman representative. I promise that I will work to serve them effectively. I thank them very much.
