Some time back when we used to apply for prequalification for tenders, like in the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) people used to pay a certain fee, but it was scrapped. The majority of contractors are enjoying these rights. I congratulate Hon. Faith Gitau for bringing this Motion in the House so that we can protect and help our youth to enable them to apply for jobs which they really need."
