    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion by Hon. Faith about the waiver of fees. As I support this Motion, I am looking back at the students who are in school. Most students complete school, but with arrears in terms of school fees. They go to college still with the burden of unpaid fees. In fact, they get admission to colleges by using result slips and not the actual certificates."
