    "content": "They should also know that the Senate is one of the creations of Kenya's Constitution of 2010. It is the champion and protector of devolution across the country. So, whenever they see devolution working in our counties, they should always be grateful to the Senate. We wish them well. Let them learn as much as they can so that it informs the various courses that they are pursuing in their university. Thank you."
