"content": "Having said that, Mr. Speaker, Sir, regarding the dialogue that we are talking about, it is on record that the leader of the Wiper Democratic Party, hon. Kalonzo Musyoka, has been pushing for an all-inclusive, structured and purposeful dialogue. This is dialogue that seeks to fix what is wrong with our politics; it seeks to unite us now and for generations to come; this is dialogue that goes beyond self-gain. Mr. Speaker, Sir, since everyone is quoting the Bible, I want to quote the book of Matthew 5. It says: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.” However, in the same beatitudes, the Bible records that: “Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.” In the spirit of brotherhood, I want to quote the words of our National Anthem: “May we dwell in unity, peace and liberty. Plenty be found within our borders.” Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I beg to support."
