    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 12 be amended- (a) in Subclause (1), by inserting the words “with the approval of Parliament” immediately after the words “appointed by the Authority”; (b) in Subclause (2), by inserting the following new proviso at the end thereof— “Provided that the Director-General shall hold office for a renewable term of five years, subject to a maximum of two terms”."
