In fact, I am happy that now we are about to consider the Own-source Revenue Bill, where we will do fresh valuation of this land and so that these multinationals can pay taxes that are commensurate to the value of land that they occupy. It is my sincere hope that this Committee shall be granted the opportunity. We shall work and come back to this House with a proper report that will ensure that, at the end of it, the tea farmer will smile one more time and people can continue to enjoy their cup of tea knowing that the main people who have toiled for it are getting value for their money.
