    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the Petition is not about the acquisition of the bank. The Petition is about the role of the CBK in the acquisition of the bank. Did the CBK play its rightful role in making sure that these banks did not collapse? Did it play its supervisory role in the transaction that was carried out? This Petition has nothing to do with the actual acquisition of the bank. The matter that is in court is about acquisition of the bank. The petitioners are asking about the role of the CBK, so that other banks do not follow suit if the CBK does not play its rightful role."
