John Mbadi, fortunately, I am acutely aware that you were a Member of the 10th Parliament that approved the vetting of members to the JSC, whose names were submitted to the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs after going through the same process in or about November/December 2010. Jog your memory. I do not want to tell you the names because I know all of them. I even have the HANSARD. I have gone through what happened at that time. In fact, Justice Riaga Omollo went through the same process after being elected by the Court of Appeal to represent it in the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). He appeared before the Committee which was then chaired by Hon. Ababu Namwamba. A Report was tabled here. Hon. John Mbadi, as a Member of the House, contributed happily and the Report was passed. I do not want to give you several other names because I know all of them."
