    "content": "The recommendation of this Committee is that when these two areas open up, we should have competition by allowing in participants other than those who have been handling grain at the Port of Mombasa. Competition is healthy for the nation. We do remember the days when we only had the Voice of Kenya (VoK), that monopolized the airwaves. When we look at our country today, it will be unbelievable for the next generation to be told that, at one point, there was only one television station that monopolized our airwaves."
