    "content": "All nominees satisfied the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity. None of the nominees has been charged in a court of law or mentioned adversely in a parliamentary Committee report or commission of inquiry. As stipulated in Article 75(1), all the nominees have no potential conflict of interest. All the nominees satisfied the requirements of Article 77(1) of the Constitution, in that they do not intend to participate in any other gainful employments. All the nominees do not hold office in any registered political party hence satisfy the provisions of Article 77(2) of the Constitution. None of the nominees has been dismissed from office under Article 75 of the Constitution for contravention of provisions of Article 75(1) which is conflict of interest, Article 76 on financial probity, Article 77 on restrictions of State officers and Article 78(2) on dual citizenship.
