    "content": "historical injustices and these regulations are very important to this country. It is incumbent upon the NLC to ensure that these regulations are brought back in a proper and timely manner and that they are passed and approved by Parliament for purposes of implementation. Therefore, it is my humble plea to this commission that it moves with speed and reintroduces and republishes these regulations in compliance with the Constitution and conducts public participation and the same will be approved."
