    "content": "concerned still have an opportunity to resubmit the Regulations to the Committee on Delegated Legislation. Indeed, orders were already granted by a court on 31st of February 2018 which extended for a further six months from the date of the ruling. The National Lands Commission must then comply with that order. Also, for the Traffic Regulations we know that the National Transport Authority is working on bringing the legislation back to us. We hope that this would be a lesson for other regulatory bodies so that they ensure they comply with the law. With that, I beg to move."
