    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am not used to being involved in a shouting match and that is why I just needed to note that we are not in a market place. It is the place of a Committee of this House to oversee ministries, departments and agencies as provided for under the Constitution, Article 124 and Standing Order No. 216 (5) and the House must not relinquish its role to another amorphous taskforce. I beg this House to reject that amendment. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
