    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 31 be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (3); (b) in sub-clause (4), by— (i) deleting the following words “For the purpose of” appearing immediately before the words “an investigation” and substituting therefor the words “If the Authority decides to conduct”; (ii) deleting the word “authority” wherever it appears in paragraphs (a), (b) and (d), and substituting therefor the word “Authority”."
