    "content": "The justification for the amendments is that the Bill proposes to move the provisions relating to the Office of Public Trustee as a body corporate from Section 25 of the parent Act. We want to bring it forward to the front page of the Bill. This is a re-drafted version of the amendment in order to make proper reference to the Office of the Public Trustee, which is a body corporate and also distinguish it from the office bearer, that is, the natural person. That is the essence of this amendment."
