"content": "The point here is that there are people who cannot give consent for the appointment of an estate administration. That is why we want to have those classes of people where we can go to court and obtain the consent on their behalf because they are unable to. For example, somebody who is under 18 years has no legal basis to consent or somebody who is missing within the jurisdiction, may be somebody who has disappeared. You will be seeing it later. Those are the exceptional cases where we are saying that is where consent may be given not by the beneficiaries of the estate."
