    "content": "In accordance with the provisions of Article 75(1) of the Constitution, the nominee has no potential conflict of interest and has made pledge to avoid any situation that will compromise his position as a PS. The nominee has not been charged in a court of law nor convicted neither was he adversely mentioned in an investigatory report of a Parliamentary Committee or commission. The nominee depicted a wide scope of management skills that makes him suitable to serve as a PS in different State departments including the State Department for Correctional Services. He will use his ICT skills to address cyber bullying which emanates from inmates. He is flexible and willing to learn."
