    "content": "As I conclude, I have the recommendations of the Committee. Having considered the suitability, capacity and integrity of the nominee, pursuant to Article 155(3)(a) of the Constitution and Section 8(2) of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, the Committee recommends that this House approves the nomination and subsequent appointment of Alfred Kipkorir Cheruiyot, to serve as PS for Correctional Services in the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government.
