Agriculture or livestock per se is one of the key ventures that citizens of our country involve themselves in to earn a livelihood. So I rise to support the appointment of Mr. Harry Kimtai to this important docket, with the hope that much as I may not brag to having known him at a personal level like some of my colleagues, I want to believe that the committee that vetted him and the appointing authority must have considered various factors that make him qualified to hold this docket.
