    "content": "The seat of a Member of PAP becomes vacant if among other reasons, a Member ceases being a Member of the national Parliament. On this note, the Parliament of Kenya has not been represented in PAP since August 2017 as the term of the previous Members expired at the end of the 11th Parliament. Subsequently, the Parliament of Kenya has not participated in a number of meetings in PAP since then. In this regard, I urge political parties to nominate five Members to PAP forthwith."
