    "content": "Article 25 of the PAP Protocol provided for its review after every five years. Subsequently, the Protocol was reviewed and the draft Protocol adopted by the 23rd Session of the Assembly held in Malabo, Guinea on 27th June 2014. The key highlights of the Malabo Protocol include: 1. Review of the membership of PAP so that each state party is represented by an equal number of parliamentarians. Membership of PAP shall comprise of five Members elected by each state party. 2. At least, two of the elected Members shall be women. A delegation which does not satisfy this requirement shall not have the right to be accredited for representation in the Parliament. 3. Further, the national Parliament or any other deliberative body shall elect from outside its membership five Members of PAP.
