    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. First, I want to support the Petition by Ferdinand Nyongesa on the issue of increasing the number of engineers in this country. I remember Hon. Gumbo used to be very passionate about the Bill in the last Parliament. It is very critical for us to look into issues pertaining to engineers. As you can see, today Hon. Elisha has sat in the seat of the Deputy Leader of Minority. Hon. Elisha seems to have threatened Hon. Chris Wamalwa such that he has kept off. I hope he is enjoying that privilege this afternoon and not permanently."
