Speaker, I wanted to know if it is in order for the honourable Member to state that Members of Parliament and their relatives can never take their patients or themselves to KNH while I go to KNH and my relatives still also do. The fact is we are the ones making decisions for this country. Some of the decisions we make have an impact on national institutions and we are also consumers of the services that are offered in those national institutions."
