    "content": "Senior doctors and Members of the Departmental Committee on Health alluded to the fact that we are dealing with a much bigger problem. We are dealing with a failing health system. If we do not address it now, we will deal with a completely collapsed health system not only at KNH, but also at our referral facilities in the counties, dispensaries and Level 3 hospitals. I speak as a trained health management specialist at graduate level. So, I am truly passionate about the subject that we are addressing today."
