However, it is contradictory to its recommendations because the Report has identified where the real problem is at KNH. I concur with what Hon. Shaban mentioned that the problem The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
