As has been noted, there are more than 700 doctor trainees in that hospital yet they are being paid by their counties or their sponsors, but the students are under the university. So, a taskforce can have a limited timeframe such as three to six months to look at the issues enumerated and give a report that will address some of the issues. So, Hon.
