    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I support the proposed amendment. As earlier speakers have said, the problems confronting KNH are many. I do not see the Report in its original form addressing the real causes. If you look at the key observation on the management and what is recommended, changing the board will not guarantee the required changes. The bottom line is that without adequate funding and staffing, you can put in place a new board, but nothing will change. For that reason, the amendments are quite in order and I stop."
