    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Pursuant to Standing Order No.43, I seek leave of the House for the purpose of discussing challenges affecting registration on the National Education Management Information System (NEMIS) by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in the country. I want to seek extension of the registration period to a date more suitable to all parties including parents. There have been concerns about the process because the period allocated to NEMIS is not suitable. It is for this reason including intelligence that I seek leave of the House in order to discuss and deliberate on NEMIS."
