    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order 46(2)(b), I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on Roads and Transportation regarding the inordinate delay in the construction of roads in highway security risk areas in Isiolo County such as Merti, Oldonyiro, Leparwa, Korbesa and other surrounding areas. These roads have been impassable due to heavy rains experienced in the area and they have not been repaired for the last 10 years.
