The Regional Pastoral Livelihood Resilience Project under the Drought Emergency Response has allocated Ksh176 million to facilitate livestock restocking exercise in 14 ASAL areas including the counties of Tana River, Lamu, Kajiado, Narok, Garissa, Wajir, Mandera, Marsabit, Isiolo, Laikipia, Samburu, Baringo, West Pokot and Turkana.
