    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. We have attached the post-mortem report on the Statement which says it was asphyxia as a result of hanging. However, the police have gone beyond that and opened an inquest. They are trying to seek out the husband of the deceased on top of what have come out from the post-mortem. They want to see if, maybe, he might exhibit certain suspect behavior. This is because you can die of hanging, but you were hanged."
