    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me this opportunity. We have been appalled! We cannot believe what we have just heard. When we went round this country campaigning for the new Constitution, telling Kenyans that this is a new dispensation, a new order and that things will not be business as usual, we truly believed that this was a new country. I remember clearly Mr. Orengo telling Kenyans that policemen will be saluting Kenyans and asking them: “Can I arrest you?” Can we say the same now? From the scenes we have just seen, are we not ashamed of ourselves? The Government must come out! We must see that this is a new Kenya. We must see action and this Front Bench, you are the Government! Can you execute the new Constitution?"
