    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to comment on this very important Petition. It is true that there has been a problem on the roads, especially at this time when the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is no longer serving Kenyans as it used to do. So, I agree with the petitioners that we need to make laws that will make our roads safe. Many Kenyans are dying on the roads everyday unnecessarily. I believe road accidents are caused by carelessness. If we educate Kenyans, we will reduce accidents in the country. We are among the highest-ranking countries in the world where there are serious road accidents. Other countries in this category are Egypt and South Africa. I believe it is our mandate as a House to ensure that no more Kenyans die on the roads."
