    "content": "Vice-Chair, you already said that you have received views from stakeholders. So, what is remaining is compilation of those views. That should be done with the staff. The staff should be working round the clock, with you supervising them. It is very important that chairs and vice-chairs always read whatever is drafted as first, second and third drafts so as to ensure that they capture as much as possible what you may have picked from the stakeholders. I think 14 days are sufficient for compilation of the Report."
