    "content": "Irrigation is another way of providing jobs for the youth. Molo River passes through Mogotio Constituency. We have been using the river to boost the production of horticultural crops. It has enabled the youth to get income. They grow various horticultural crops, including French beans and vegetables, for sale. Therefore, irrigation will go along way in assisting the young people to get income in one way or another. I support this Bill because it will enable the youth to use irrigation as a better farming method and, therefore, create jobs for them."
