    "content": "I have another point. We are now aiming for full production through irrigation, which is real. Global warming is real and erratic weather has failed many crops. It is also prudent to have the infrastructure for food for those areas that are not producing their food. They should have food at their door steps. I am talking about silos and how food crops can be stored there. If you are in Mandera or Wajir and there is food production in Tharaka Nithi or in the lake region, you can still get the food you want at the time you want it. Food infrastructure is key in implementing this Bill."
