    "content": "We have many youths who are doing nothing and we encourage them to do farming. We also have women who are doing nothing and we encourage them to do farming by using money from the Women Enterprise Development Fund and the Youth Enterprise Development Fund that targets to assist women, youth and people living with disabilities. The same money can be used for irrigation. My concern here is in the complete process of crop production in our country. My interest lies in value addition. I support the Bill so long as it is friendly to farmers. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity you have granted me."
