    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I rise to oppose the withdrawal of the Motion. Once a Motion has become a property of the House, Members should be given an opportunity to debate and articulate the issues surrounding it, including the issue of its unconstitutionality, so that we can be aware of those issues. We can then decide, as a House, whether to throw it out or accept it."
