I rise to oppose the withdrawal of the Motion because it has become a trend of the 12th Parliament for Motions to be scuttled even before they get to the Floor of this House. So, debate on this issue should be encouraged. We can debate the withdrawal issue and come up with a way forward. We will decide whether to allow it to continue or to have it withdrawn."
