    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support the withdrawal of the Motion on the basis that there exist irregularities regarding that Motion. One of those pointed out are in contravention of the Constitution. This House should not engage in an exercise in futility by debating a matter that is not likely to see the light of the day. Doing so would be spending precious time of the House unwisely. If it is established that the Motion on the Floor is not likely to see the light of the day, then it should quickly die, so that Members can move on to deal with more important matters."
