    "content": "Hon. Members, as you may have noticed, the Clerk-at-the-Table was busy counting who is supporting and opposing the withdrawal of the Motion. The reason is the issue of “Leave of the House”. I thought the Member for Kisii County was looking at her Standing Orders. Look at the definition of “Leave of the House.” The Member must be supported by at least 5 Members. We have counted those in support of the application for leave to withdraw. They are more than five. So, leave of the House is automatically granted. There is no need of flogging a dead horse."
