    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we have realised that gas is the next frontier and we thank the Ministry for having engaged and also budgeted for provision of gas exploration. We were very surprised when we went to Lamu Pate Island, that this country started exploration of petroleum in 1971. There is a rig that was done in 1971 which is still there in Pate Island. There is a company called Zarara which has been licensed to explore gas and this will go a long way in addressing some of these issues."
