    "content": "There are concerns I want the Departmental Committee on Energy, to take into consideration. We have energy resources which are along the borders in two counties, and they are fighting for them. We want the Committee to put a law on how the two counties can share this resource without fighting. A good example is Silale, where we have geothermal energy. The Turkana and Pokot communities are fighting for it. The name belongs to the Turkana community. Three quarters of the resource are in Turkana County while a quarter is in West Pokot. Therefore, it is important for the Committee to look for ways of solving that problem."
