    "content": "Finally, we want the Committee to rely so much on input by members of the public because that is the reality at the grassroot level. Members of the Committee went there and listened to the people. They heard what they were told. Three quarters of this Bill must come from the inputs of the people. If they do so, it will be accepted across the nation. We have this energy resource in Turkana County today. We will have it in West Pokot tomorrow. We will have it in Murang’a on another day. President Uhuru is good but tomorrow we can get another dictator because this country is democratic. We go for elections after every five years, and we can elect another dictator."
