Let us not just enact one that covers a particular period favouring us now then we regret in the future. Let us make this law favourable to all of us so that tomorrow when there is oil or an energy resource in Embu, Hon. Speaker, you will not complain. You will acknowledge that the law is good and you will enjoy."
