I, the undersigned, on behalf of the residents of Embakasi West Constituency draw the attention of the House to the following: (i) THAT, the residents of Embakasi West Constituency highly appreciate the numerous economic environmental and infrastructural benefits brought about by the re-designing and construction of the Outer Ring Road into a dual-carriage road which include creation of jobs, facilitation of transportation access among others."
